Using the website
You may browse the site and use the chat and the idea form for their intended purpose. Please do not try to break the site, overload it, scrape it at scale or use the chat to send harmful or unlawful content.
The AI assistant (Dat)
Dat is an AI assistant, not a person. Its answers can be wrong or out of date and are not professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Please check anything important on the app pages or with us by email before relying on it. We may limit or switch off the chat at any time.
Our apps
The apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Their use is governed by Apple's standard end user licence agreement and the terms on each app's page. Purchases are handled by Apple. See Refunds.
Custom app work
Sharing an idea with us does not create a contract. Nothing is agreed, and no payment is due, until we both confirm the scope, price and timing in writing. Time estimates on this site are general and depend on the idea.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, mascot and images on this site belong to Datatch or are used with permission. App names are the names of our apps. App Store and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names belong to their owners.
Links
We link to the App Store and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error free. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
