How refunds work

First stepApple sells our apps and decides on refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Sign in with the Apple ID you paid with and choose the purchase. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before it renews.

We take no payment on this website. Custom work is priced in writing before it starts.
